Silvia Lee

August 23, 1940 — May 17, 2020

Silvia Jane Broadwater Lee,  born August 23, 1940  under Astrological Cusp sign of Leo/Virgo. Daughter of Gladstone and Charlotte Ursell Michael Broadwater,  in Cumberland, Maryland, just prior to the start of World War II.  She attended  Fort Hill High School and graduated with the Class of 1958. Beloved mother to Cheri, Eddie and Yvonne.
On May 17th, 2020 under the Pisces quarter-moon waning,  somewhere between late evening and the early dawn tiptoeing into day, Silvia slipped peacefully from  the earthly bonds that held her firmly in this life, into that  unknown realm,  where all spirits are destined to travel, to stand and report of all the things she has found and learned from her time spent  here, from a life well lived.
There will be many souls who have awaited her return. Family and friends whom she formed eternal bonds with while she was here. Silvia never met a person she didn't like and struck up many  conversations with perfect strangers , who would later become her friends.  As she arrives, there will be many stories regaled from yesteryear's with shrieks of laughter and some rolling on the floor for many, as she is reunited with her loved ones and friends.
Silvia is remembered for her great match making skills. Her passion for astrology, numerology, learning and food.  Also, her love for the Lord and his ministry.   Silvia was blessed in her life to have many families and children to love and care for in  Orange Park , Florida.  She loved and spoke of them often throughout her life as if they were her own family.
Silvia raised her own children, grandchildren, great grandchildren with the great love and with the  skills which she was blessed.  She did her best to teach them right from wrong and to love the Lord with all  their might, mind, and soul.  She had a great capacity for love and was generally happy with joy in her heart.
At this time, we would like to give thanks to Dr. Jennifer Edwards MD, Alexandra Sundberg MD, Alyssa Marcinak PA-C and all other supporting medical personnel of Intermountain Medical Center, who skillfully cared for Silvia in her time of crisis. We appreciate all their efforts to care for her and feel she received the best care possible.  She was happy there and appreciated your care and attention.
We would also like to recognize Amber, Cheryl, Rob, Ruth, Anna and Sharlene of Intermountain Homecare and Hospice. We appreciate their help with Silvia's transition from this earthly journey into her next adventure in the great beyond.
Hopefully, she will find new and exciting discoveries to enlighten her mind and enrich her soul. May she experience true love.  We know she will find new friends along the way. We pray she always travels in the light and that her experiences all be edifying to her spirit.  After all, “To die will be an awfully big adventure.”
