Daniel Van Tassell

Dan Van Tassell, beloved Son, Brother and Uncle passed away on Thursday June 30, 2022 at the home of his parents of heart failure.  Dan was born March 17, 1981 in Murray, Utah to Mike Van Tassell and Debbie Van Tassell, he is the youngest of four children.

Dan worked in the RV Industry. His favorite pass time was golf, billiards, bowling, softball and especially hanging out with his friends.  Dan was always the life of the party and the light of our family. He either made us laugh nonstop or we wanted to slap the shit out of him. He left us way to soon and will be greatly missed. We love you, Daniel Boone.

Visitation will be held at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 South).  Friday July 8, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Graveside service will be held Saturday July 9, 2022 at 11:00 am for family and Dan’s close friends at Mountain View Memorial Estates 3115 E. 7800 S. Cottonwood Heights.
