Wilma Ellison Weaver loving mother, daughter, grandmother and great grandmother, died January 12, 2013 surrounded by her family who loved her.  Born August 1, 1931 to Ralph Edmund Ellison and Madge Lucille Thatcher.  Wilma was the second of three children.  Wilma was married to Robert Carlton Weaver, May 6, 1954, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple and was the mother of eight children all boys.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

She is survived by her eight sons and their partners, Ken (Melaine), Dan (Ellen), Rhys (Pam), Michael, Warren (Stewart), Scott (Jami), Russell (Camille), Tom (Shawna), siblings, Don (Maxine) Ellison and Carolyn (Merlin) Walker, 23 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

She served in many callings in the LDS Church.  In her later years she devoted countless hours of work in the family history extraction program and enjoyed her associations there.  Wilma was the maker of memories as she gathered her children and grandchildren around her.  She is truly an elect lady, who once she met you she was a devoted a loyal friend.  She loved all she encountered and was loved by all who were lucky enough to know her. Mumzy, you will be greatly missed!

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 15, 2013, 11:30 a.m. at the Brighton  4th Ward, 2301 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 South) with a visitation the day of the service at the church from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m.  Interment Mountain View Memorial Estates.
