Scott was born in Salt Lake City Utah to Paul and Ruth Jorgensen.

He Loved to Hunt and go fishing in his Life.

He loved his Friends and Family very much.

Scott is survived by his father Paul Jorgensen.

His brothers,

Dan Jorgensen.

Tom (Donna) Jorgensen, and their sons Adam and Peter.

James (Paulette) and Melanie Jorgensen.

Proceeded in death by his Mother Ruth Jorgensen.

As Per Scott's wishes, we will have a get together this summer in honor of him.

Family and Friends will be notified.

Scott will be missed by everyone.
