Ruby Bianchini

February 21, 1942 — May 29, 2020

Ruby Marie Bianchini used her gifts of hospitality, cooking and serving food to family and friends(new and old) in her home and as a waitress for decades in Petaluma, California, where she was was born and raised.  Those who knew her described Ruby as outgoing and hardworking, always having a cheerful greeting for neighbors passing by her patio beautifully decorated with potted flowers.   She loved being outdoors and was an avid golfer before settling in Salt Lake City, Utah to be near family.   Ruby was received in Heaven, May 29, 2020 where Jesus freed her from cancer, embracing her with His joy and peace.  Ruby was born February 21, 1942 to Albert and Katherine Dunton.  Preceded in death by her parents and youngest brother Fred Dunton, she is survived by brothers and sisters; Margaret (Kenneth, deceased) Peterson, Albert (Janet) Dunton, Bob (Nora, deceased)Dunton, Carol (Lanny)Keller, Shirley (Bill, deceased)Yahres and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ruby was deeply loved by her children Patti(Brian) Elias, Rick(Janice)Albertoni, Robert(Edie) Albertoni, and Glenn(Laurie) Albertoni.  She enjoyed visits and phone calls with her 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  She never tired of expressing love and pride for all her family.

The family extends sincere gratitude to the healthcare workers at Ogden Regional Hospital and South Davis Specialty Care Center in Bountiful, Utah, who cared for our beloved Mother and sister, and patiently interfaced with us.  We will never forget your kindness, professionalism, and sensitivity.

In lieu of funeral services a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society -
