Phyllis Warner Fordham
1931-2015

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Phyllis Warner Fordham, left this life on April 15, 2015 from heart failure.  Phyllis was born October 16, 1931 in Fillmore, Utah to Harold and Alice Warner. She was loved by her parents, siblings, and friends. Even at a young age she was known as a hard worker. She graduated from Fillmore High School.  She married her sweetheart Wallace (Wally) Fordham in the Logan Temple on October 1, 1952. They were blessed with five children. As they raised their family, Phyllis provided a home of love, nurturing and teaching. She was an amazing homemaker, with everything clean and beautiful at home. She lived frugally, to give more to others. She created memories and family traditions that will be treasured for years to come.  Phyllis loved her children and grandchildren and could not rest until ensuring all were having fun and being served.  She is a woman of faith and love for her Heavenly Father and Savior. She lived an exemplary life for her family and friends, never needing an assignment to sacrifice her time and talents to serve others. Phyllis served in many church callings and was especially grateful to have served with her husband in the Nashville, Tennessee Mission and the Washington DC Temple Mission.  Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Julie Fordham and daughter Jill (Bob) Cunliffe.  She is survived by her husband Wally; daughter Geri (Jeff) King; sons Guy (Natalie) Fordham, and Hal (Jennette) Fordham; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
