1946 - 2011

Pamela Margaret Harrison Christensen beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother, Age 65 passed away November 5th 2011 in her home surrounded by her Family. She fought a courageous battle against cancer.

She was born January 4, 1946 to Walter Cox and Ruth Marie Harrison. She married
Bert Christensen on June 25, 1977 and was later sealed in the Jordan River Temple on Sept. 25, 1992. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latte
r -day Sa i nts.  She served in various capacities and truly loved her Savior Jesus Christ.

She loved and lived her life for her family. She was tremendously talented . She l oved to dance. She met her sweetheart at a dance, and they have been dancing ever since.  She was an incredible seamstress. She loved going to the cabin and being i n the outdoors. She loved to go to her grandchildren's sports events. She loved animals and loved her two little dogs. She loved technology and wasn't afraid to learn all the new gadgets. She had a tremendous dedication to her work and worked for Dr. Hal Pollock for nearly 30 years. Mom was a spontaneous and spunky person- full of life.

Special thanks goes out to Dad and Justin for their dedicated care prior to Mom's passing and all healthcare providers.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, six children, 22 grand children and 4 great g r andchildren and her Brothers and Sisters. Her children: Tracy (Juliene), Chris, Nate (Lacey), Justin, Kami Smith (Dave), Kaussi Malmstrom (Sean). Her grandchildren: Heather, Cody, Landon, Levi, Mariah, Shailey, Colter, Brayden, Bridger, Savannah, Destiny, Easton , Dallin, Logan, Casey, Kira, Jessica, Isaac, Ashlee, Hadley, Ryder, Hudson. Her great grandchildren: Sariah, Corbin, Elle, Johnny.

A viewing will be held at Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 South) on
Tuesday Nov. 8th from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Fune
r al services wi l l be held at the Midvale
East 2nd Ward (7250 South 300 East, Midvale) on Wednesday November 9 th , 11:00 a.m. Prior to the funeral, a viewing will be held from 10:00 to 10:45 AM. Interme
n t will be at the E l ysian Burial Gardens.
