Maxine T. Gordon (Glenn), 94, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2015.
Born August 26, 1921, Salt Lake City, Utah to Leslie and Elizabeth Dunster Gordon. Married Heber John Glenn, August 19, 1940 (deceased 1974). Married Floyd Jackson, 1975 (deceased).
Maxine was an elevator operator and worked in the banking industry.
Survived by children, Sharon Brinkerhoff, John (Janet) Glenn, Robert (Kathleen) Glenn, Rhea (Kathleen) Glenn, Phyllis (Lawrence) Nicastro, Rosalyn (Riley) Roberts, sister, Haloah Laughlin, JoAnn Butler, Rhico (Pat) Beachner, 24 grandchildren, 74 great grandchildren and 26 great great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by son-in-law, Gary Brinkerhoff, one granddaughter Nancie and one great granddaughter, Jacqulyn and six siblings, Cal, Ruth, Mary, Jim, Rhio Gordon.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 31, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 S.). A visitation will be held the day of the service from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
