Franki Devette Milne was born on June 4, 1967 in Cedar City, UT. Daughter of Mona Rae Williams, adopted by grandparents, Frank and Alice Milne, raised by Donald and LaVenda Milne in Salt Lake City, UT. From birth until the age of 7 she lived in Cedar City, UT . Franki graduated from Brighton High School in 1985 and got an Assoc i ate Degree at Salt L ake Community College in 1989. She married Ronald G. Tucker, Jr. on Sept 7, 1994. They are the parents of two beautiful children. Jacob Frank Milne Tucke r , age 19 and Jessica Devette Tucker, age 17. Franki passed away peacefully at home in Sandy, UT on A p ri l 25, 2013. S h e was 45 years old.

ve tirelessly to others and was a good friend to all who met her. Franki had a great sense of humor and an unforgettable laugh. She loved to tell stories about her family

Franki was a beautiful woman inside and out. She wi

brothers, Kyle (Jan) Williams, Kelly (Shirley) Williams, and Todd Milne.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 2,2013 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at the LDS church, 2925 E Bengal Blvd (7800 S), Cottonwood Heights, UT followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm. Burial and graveside service will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013, 2:00 p.m. in Cedar City, UT.
