Loving father and grandpa, Egeo Angel Gabasa, passed away of natural causes on June 11, 2015.
Born June 5, 1918, Buenos Aires, Argentina to Felix and Leopolda Ucha Gabasa. Married Claribel Persico Gabasa, May 23, 1943, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Faithful member of the LDS Church, held many positions as Branch President, Bishop, Temple President and Patriarch. He served two missions with his wife and also worked at the Los Angeles Temple as a temple recorder and sealer.
Survived by son, Max Newell (Marcia); daughter Ines Clark; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held, Saturday, June 13, 2015, 4:30 p.m. at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 S.) where a visitation will be held the day of the service from 3:30 – 4:15 p.m. Interment Mountain View Memorial Estates, 3115 East 7800 South.
