3/2/1983 – 5/30/2011

Chadwin Roger Atkinson Beloved son 28 passed away on May 30 , 2011, at Intermountain Medical Center surrounded by his family. Born on March 2, 1983, Salt Lake City, Utah to Roger William Atkinson & Polly Berdine Atkinson.

Chad graduated from Alta High School and was last attending Danville Services. We want to thank the wonderful staff for making his time there enjoyable. Thank you to Heather Smith for helping us get things done for Chad. Thank you to Erin and the Hospice team.

Words alone cannot express the immense void Chad has left in the hearts of his family and friends, he leaves this life with a piece of each of our hearts. Chad found enjoyment in things that cannot be bought "Love, Life & Laughter".

Chad is survived by his Parents, Roger W. Atkinson & Polly B. Atkinson; his brother, Cameron D.Atkinson; his grandparents, Blaine Atkinson & Shirley Atkinson, Eldon Sorensen & Carol Sorensen; many Uncles, Aunts & Cousins.

A special "Thank you" to Chad's Aunt Jalaine for her tireless help and loving care, Uncle Jim for finding fun things to do, and cousin Hailey for making me laugh.

Graveside services and interment will be Friday, June 3, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at the Crescent Cemetery,11105 S. State Street. A visitation will be held that morning prior to service at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 S.) from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
