An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Susan had a firm testimony of the gospel and enjoyed serving in the church especially the Young Women. Two things that exemplify her life are love and service. Susan’s legacy will be her sweet, tender, compassionate heart. She cherished her family and was happiest when her children and grandchildren were at her side. She had a rewarding life raising her family, traveling the world fostering her love for art, and laboring in the family restaurants. Susan will be remembered for the creative Halloween costumes she made and the blankets she crocheted. She was an exquisite cook and loved making elaborate meals for her friends and family. More than anything, Susan loved spending time with her family, playing bingo with grandchildren and creating perfect Mickey Mouse pancakes.
